Implant Seminar For Dentists

Dear colleagues, this program will fulfill a doctor’s desire to learn implant dentistry with practical, clinical information and techniques. Emphasis is placed on anatomic considerations, treatment planning and prosthetic techniques

Implant Basic Course

Lecture: Sheraton Bellevue ( 9 AM to 4 PM)

Surgery: 4th and Madison Dental (8 AM to 4 PM)

  • Anatomic Considerations in Implant Dentistry
  • Implant Biomechanics
  • Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
  • Panograph tracing - Hands on

Day 3 Oct 8, 2011

  • Presurgical Prepartion, Anesthesia, and Medicantion
  • Overview of implant surgery (Incision, Suturing etc)
  • How to manage implant complications and failures
  • Hands on - Incision, Suturing, and Implant Placement

Day 4 Oct 22, 2011

  • Abutment Selections/Restorative Options
  • Impression Techniques
  • Impression Taking Demonstration and Hands on
  • Live surgery Case Presentation

Day 5 Oct 29, 2011

  • Live Implant Surgeries by Participants under fuculty supervison at 4th and Madison Dental

Day 6 Nov 5, 2011

  • Review of Surgery Cases
  • How to Incorporate Implant dentistry into your Practice
  • Case presentation ( Sinus lift by CAS kit)
  • Certificate Presentation

Sinus Surgery Course

This course will review and enhance your knowledge of implant occlusion and advanced case treatment planning based upon patient's biological and mechanical needs. We will also focus on the proper Guided Bone Regeneration techniques and Socket and Ridge Preservation techniques to prevent bone loss.
